Primary Care
Family Medicine
Our family medicine physicians care for patients from birth through older adulthood. Services include well-child visits, school and sports physicals, adult annual exams, management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, and same-day appointments for acute illness. Established patients can request same-day visits through the patient portal until noon Monday through Saturday.
Women's Health
Comprehensive gynaecological care including annual well-woman exams, cervical cancer screening (Pap smear and HPV co-testing), contraceptive counselling, and referral to maternal-fetal medicine for high-risk pregnancies. Our certified nurse-midwife is available for prenatal care through 28 weeks.
Specialty Services
Cardiology
Our cardiologist sees patients for evaluation of chest pain, palpitations, shortness of breath, and elevated cardiac risk. On-site services include resting and stress electrocardiograms (ECG), echocardiography, and ambulatory heart-rate monitoring (Holter). Complex cases are co-managed with the regional hospital cardiac catheterisation programme.
Behavioural Health
Licensed clinical social workers and a psychiatrist provide outpatient mental health services, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), medication management for depression and anxiety, and crisis counselling. Telehealth appointments are available for all behavioural health visits.
Musculoskeletal & Physical Therapy
Sports medicine and orthopaedic consultations for joint pain, sprains, and fracture follow-up care. Our physiotherapy suite offers manual therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, and individualised exercise rehabilitation programmes. Most plans are covered under standard outpatient physical therapy benefits.
Diagnostic Services
On-Site Laboratory
A full-service laboratory processes routine blood panels, urinalysis, cultures, and rapid point-of-care tests (strep, influenza, COVID-19, RSV). Results for routine panels are available in the patient portal within 24 hours. Urgent results are communicated directly by nursing staff.
Digital Imaging
Plain-film X-ray is available seven days a week. Ultrasound examinations — abdominal, pelvic, thyroid, and vascular — are performed by registered diagnostic sonographers with radiologist over-read. MRI and CT scans are ordered and results coordinated through our radiology partners two blocks away.
Telehealth Visits
Secure video appointments available for follow-ups, medication reviews, and behavioural health — no travel required.
Chronic Care Management
Monthly check-in calls and care-plan coordination for patients managing two or more chronic conditions.
Remote Monitoring
Connected blood pressure cuffs and glucometers that send readings directly to your care team between appointments.
